We don't guess, we don't rush, and we don't hand you something you can't run without us.
ARCLO follows a clear five-step process: a free 30 to 45-minute discovery call, a written plan you approve, a full blueprint, then build and launch, usually live in 10 to 14 days. An optional monthly retainer keeps adding new automations. You approve every stage, and you own everything we build.
Day 1 · Free
30 to 45 minutes. No sales pitch, no proposal. We just figure out what's wrong.
We ask about your business, how you work day to day, and where things get stuck. You don't need to prepare anything, we lead the chat.
Days 2–4
Everything agreed before you spend anything.
We give you a clear written plan: what we'll build, why, how it works, what good looks like, and what it costs. You read and approve every line.
Days 3–5
We design the whole thing before we build anything.
We plan out every piece and how it all fits together, including what happens if something goes wrong. Planning first catches problems before they ever reach you.
Days 5–14
Built fully and put live. No half-finished handovers.
We build it, test it, and put it live. You get daily updates. Nothing goes live until we've checked it thoroughly and you've approved it.
Month 2 onwards
Optional monthly plan. Something new every month.
The first build is just the start. Each month we add new automations, improve what's already there, and make the whole thing do more. This is where it really pays off.
We never start building without a written plan both sides have agreed on. It prevents most problems before they happen.
Everything we build is yours: all the code, logins, and instructions. You should never need us just to keep it running.
If something needs daily attention, it's not a system, it's a job. We build things that run 24/7 and only ping you when something actually needs you.
30 to 45 minutes. No pitch. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help and what it would look like.
