What became clear was that the approach was different. Architecture before code. Brief before build. Ownership transferred fully. Most agencies don't work this way. Most freelancers don't either.
ARCLO was formalised to give that approach a home, and to bring it to the businesses that need it most: operators who are good at what they do but spending too much time on the infrastructure around it.
The name comes from the word arc: the trajectory from where a business is to where it could be. The systems we build are that arc.
