what we do with it.

Who this covers

This policy covers www.arclo.in and any ARCLO form, discovery-call booking, or client portal you use as part of talking to us or working with us. ARCLO is operated by Aradhya Goswami. If you have any question about this policy, email arclo.ai01@gmail.com directly, a real person reads it.

What we actually collect

Only what you give us when you reach out. When you fill in the discovery-call form or the onboarding form, that is: your name, email, phone number if you choose to add it, your business type and team size, a description of what you want built or automated, any links you share, your timeline, and a PDF attachment if you choose to send one.

We do not run analytics scripts, ad pixels, or tracking cookies on this site. There is nothing here quietly watching how you browse. The only data we have on you is what you typed into a form.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, understand what you are trying to build, and set up a discovery call if it looks like a fit. That is the whole reason. We do not collect anything to sell to anyone or to build an ad profile.

Where it goes

Submitting the form does three things, and only three:

• An email notification goes to our inbox and a confirmation goes to yours, sent through Resend, the transactional email service we use.
• Your details are saved as a lead record in our internal client system, hosted on Neon (a managed Postgres database), so we do not lose track of your enquiry.
• If a discovery call gets booked, we use the Gmail and Google Calendar APIs connected to our own inbox to send the scheduling emails and create the calendar event.

We do not share, sell, or rent your information to any other company. Any document you send us as part of an actual engagement (a signed agreement, for instance) is stored encrypted, not as a plain file sitting in a folder.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is relevant to you as a lead or a client, so we have a real record if you come back or if we are working together. If you want your data deleted and there is no active reason to keep it (an ongoing engagement, an unpaid invoice, a legal requirement), email us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• Show you what personal data we hold on you.
• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
• Delete your data, subject to the retention note above.
• Withdraw consent for us to keep contacting you.

Security

Access to our client records is restricted to Aradhya. Signed documents and other sensitive files are stored encrypted. No system is unbreakable, but nothing here is left open by default.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or how we use it changes in a real way, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not quietly rewrite this to grab more than what is described here.
